This is a Public Market with all local products; make it, bake it, grow it, produce it, and craft it. Somewhere on the north side of the lake, lives a Joyful Bear who loves to create. This year at the Market, you'll find the Joyful Bear Skincare Line of all ultra-gentle, mostly organic, small-batch skin care products. Made with locally harvested organic ingredients, beeswax from Cowichan Bee Supply, and therapeutic grade organic oils, Joyful Bear Skincare is safe for all bodies. Discover a new, natural skincare routine that allows your skin to rebalance, from facial oils to pain balms, to soaps and soap alternatives!
When not crafting concoctions in the bear den's kitchen, Joyful Bear also loves to create visual arts pieces. As a mixed-settler Metis person, Joyful Bear creates traditional applique style beadwork as well as contemporary jewelry design. A wide variety of earrings are always available, some including local mediums like turkey-tail mushrooms, moss, dallasite, or cedar.
