I am passionate about using nature for wellbeing and inspiring others to do the same. I make small-batch herbal remedies, mostly tinctures and oils/salves, and occasionally other in-season goodies, like flower cordials and syrups. Many of my products are wildcrafted (made with locally foraged plants) or made with plants grown in Cowichan Valley.
